1. Service provider

2. What DateBuddy is — and what it isn't

DateBuddy is an AI assistant that helps you structure a situation, separate facts from assumptions, and decide on your next move. Analyses are estimates based on the information you provide, not facts about other people's thoughts and feelings.

DateBuddy is not therapy, nor psychological, medical, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a professional or emergency services.

3. Eligibility and use

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the decisions you make.
• Only enter information needed for the analysis. Don't enter passwords, card numbers, or similar data.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use DateBuddy for harassment, stalking, manipulation, coercion, revenge, impersonation, violating someone else's privacy, or continuing contact with a person who has clearly refused it. The AI declines such requests and redirects toward healthy communication. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

5. Plans and payment

The Free plan is free: new accounts get a welcome pack of several free analyses in the first days (the number and duration are shown on the Pricing page), then one AI analysis per month. The Premium plan is paid at the price shown on the Pricing page, based on a proforma invoice — by payment slip or IPS QR code (Serbian banks). Premium is activated once the payment is recorded and lasts 30 days; it does not renew automatically. Limits reset on the first day of each month. The issuer is not registered for VAT, so prices are final.

6. Gamification

Points, levels, skills, and achievements are tools for self-reflection. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but AI analysis may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on analyses.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). Deletion permanently removes your data, in line with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
